What would you eat if you were on the Revs’ charter flight?

The New England Revolution have yet to play a pre-season game, but there is already fierce debate over the hashtag.

The Revs took a charter flight to Los Angeles on Tuesday and the players shared plenty of photos from the posh digs. The one that caused the most fuss was a photo of the in-flight menu.

Of course, there’s plenty more to discuss, but we want to know what you’d eat if you were traveling with the Revs. Here’s what we had to say.

Seth: Grilled beef tenderloin

The chicken is certainly tempting but I go with the beef option. The flight from coast to coast is long and I want something that will fill me up. Filet mignon with mashed potatoes will do. I would then follow up with a good siesta.

Sat : Bowl of rice

My answer will surely upset people, but there are a lot of factors. The main one being time.

Now I love a good beef tenderloin, don’t get me wrong, but at 10 I’ll pass. You also have to remember that New England travels through time, it will just get up earlier in the day (that’s how time zones work, right?).

A nice bowl of rice is a great way to start your day. It also shows coaches that you are committed to the craft and treat food as fuel to meet your footballing needs. This could be the final push that finally brings New England to #AnnounceRyanSpaulding.

Plus, you always get Apple Pie and who doesn’t love Apple Pie?

So Revolution fans, what are you eating?
